Rules, Regulations, & General Information (for pricing, see below) AGE: All dogs enrolled in basic daycare must be at least six months of age or older. Puppies in the potty training assistance program must be at least eight weeks old, and may then continue in basic daycare once completing the four-week program. SEX:
All
dogs must be spayed or neutered when enrolling in basic daycare (except puppies
under six months who are enrolled in--or have completed--the potty training
assistance program.) No
exceptions. VACCINATIONS: Owners will be required to provide proof of current vaccinations (distemper, hepatitis, leptospirosis, parainfluenza, parvovirus, rabies, and bordatella). Flea and heartworm preventatives are encouraged but not required; this should be discussed with your veterinarian. HEALTH: All dogs must be in good health; owners will certify their dog(s) are in good health and have not been ill with a communicable disease within the last 30 days. Upon enrollment, all dogs must be free from any condition which could potentially jeopardize the health or safety of other clients. Dogs who have been ill with a communicable disease in the last 30 days will require a veterinarian’s certification of health to be admitted or re-admitted. No dogs will be allowed to attend daycare with visible stitches or bandages. BEHAVIOR: All dogs must be non-aggressive and not food or toy protective. Owners will certify that their dogs have not harmed nor shown any aggressive or threatening behavior towards any person and/or other dog(s). Please remember your dog(s) will be spending time with other dogs and the safety, health, and enjoyment of all clients is our primary concern. Other Important Information: The Dog Zone must respectfully require that all dogs entering and exiting the facility are on leash at all times for safety and liability issues. All collars, leashes, and other attire will be removed prior to your dog entering the playgroup and kept in their own bin. Payment for daycare is expected upon arrival unless special prior arrangements have been approved by management. FEES: We happily accept check, cash, debit, and Visa/MC.

Packages are not refundable unless your dog is expelled or asked
not to return to daycare for any reason, excepting being held out due to
medical or health issues. As always, multiple-dog families receive a
5% discount on any daycare services and may split packages--Example: A
10 day pkg = 5 days each for 2 dogs).
